YES!!!! Finally i had my 1st blood donation!!! ^^
can say that i’m really really excited when i passes through all the test, and doctors! Thanks Buddha!!! ^^
Well, let me recall this meaningful event…
1. i went to register myself infront of Yoke Chi (of course, i’m the 1 who r filling bcs thats what i’ve been doing through out the campaign… i’m a volunteer under registration group!)
2. Then we tested our blood at the second area yugi said that blood testing is a bit pain… well, i dont care at all, bcs the important part haven’t reach yet!!!
3. Then the doctor check…she asked what time i went bed last night, err i cheated for this… i said 11… hehe. She then checked my blood pressure n let me walk into the air-cond hall.
4. Here, i got my 1st red book!!!! Ah~ then i took my blood bag n was guided to a bed.
5. i laid down and the nurse gave my a palm-length pipe. She wanna look at my vein for the 1st poke! Frankly speaking, the only feeling i have is when the small needle poked into my vein, but i dont feel anything after that! no pain, no numb, just like a normal hand i had!
6. not even 15 minutes, the nurse came back and collect the blood. Wow, 1 bag of 350 ml blood. Does that really can save a person’s life? Well, i hope so…. ^^
is good to see u all are welling to donate blood, once you started, don't stop, constantly donate can help a lot of people and also, it is good for our own body too... Hope to see you go for the 2nd donation next time ^^
