EMPLOYABILITY

These skills will get you total employ-ability anywhere you want!!!

IQ = Your education = If you score at least 5As = You are already 50% qualified for employment.

EQ = Your human skill = 5Cs = You are already 50% qualified for employment.

Everybody know what is IQ but how to score EQ with 5Cs?  Do you know what they are?

COMMUNICATION
Adopting a clear, direct style and taking an assertive behavioral approach are two methods of using strong communication in the workplace.
Oftentimes, these practices will lead to career growth and long-term professional success.

CRITICAL THINKING / THINK OUT OF THE BOX
Thinking outside the box is more than just a business cliché. It means approaching problems in new, innovative ways; conceptualizing problems differently;
and understanding your position in relation to any particular situation in a way you’d never thought of before.
Ironically, its a cliché that means to think of clichéd situations in ways that aren’t clichéd.

CREATIVITY
Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something.
It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesise new things.

COLLABORATION
Ability to work successfully in a group setting, including assuming the role of a team player.  This is someone that puts the goals of the team ahead of their personal goals.
Building a strong relationships or alliances with others.  Networking is important in building connections across an enterprise. 
If someone doesn't know something, it's important they know who can help.

CULTURAL ADAPTABILITY
The number one skill valued by International employers hiring today is the ability to work with cross-cultural teams. How can you develop skills and core competencies to bring to the workplace?

These skills can further your own success, and enhance your ability to develop and include others, and increase your effectiveness and performance on teams.
